Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional customer service through efficient point-of-sale (POS) operations, accurate cash handling, and well-maintained merchandising that ensures a positive shopping experience.
Job Objectives
- Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale.
- Maintain accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments.
- Handle cash safely and securely.
- Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard loyalty program.
- Make customers aware of promotions to enhance sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring friendly, visible, and professional service.
- Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Support the company’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer.
- Keep updated knowledge of products, promotions, and store events.
